🔹 Personalized Products
All personalized items are made specifically for each customer.
For this reason:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized products
- We do not offer refunds for errors in customer-provided information (spelling, design, or selection)
👉 However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to helping you resolve it.
🔹 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our process, please contact us.
To assist you, we require:
- Notification within 5 days of delivery
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Your order number
After reviewing your case, we may offer:
- Product replacement
- Store credit
- Refund, when applicable
🔹 Non-Personalized Products
For non-custom items:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed.
🔹 Changes and Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible
🔹 Shipping
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
